In a letter to LA Catholics, Archbishop José H. Gomez announced that he would be lifting the dispensation to attend Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation on June 19, 2021. The dispensation will still be granted to those who are ill or have underlying health concerns. “We continue to make significant progress in our fight against the pandemic in the three counties of the Archdiocese,” the archbishop wrote. “We can look forward to better days in which we can actively live our faith as the Body of Christ in our parish communities.” (Click on Title above for Guidelines)

The City of Saints Teen Conference gathers teens from throughout the Archdiocese of Los Angeles to celebrate the wonderful cultures and diversity of our communities and in community.

Father Hilario Rivera of Cross Catholic Outreach will be visiting our parish next weekend to speak at all the Masses on behalf of the poor in developing countries. Cross Catholic Outreach was founded to create a meaningful link between parishes in America and the priests and nuns working in the Church overseas in the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Central and South America.

Holy Cross is hosting a County of SB-Mobile Vaccine Clinic under the canopies in front of the Hall on Thursday 5/20/2021 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The SB county website will be posting a link for sign up this Friday, and we are taking appointments in the Rectory office 805-962-0411 if message comes on choose option 0. Make sure to leave a name and call back number. There will be approximately 250 Moderna Vaccines available. The Second shot date will be on Thursday, 6/17/2021 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
